The only things I know are that legs day kills me and every other guys at the gym can lift more than me in these exercises. Now I must say that I’ve been lifting weights for a year and a half and doubled the volume I started with. The sad part is that I’m not building muscles because of poor sleep quality 😢

what if I like both so much. Im doing both currently. I think push ups preserve my gains from bench so if I have to take a break it wont go away so easily. any advice on this? I also incorporate pull ups and dips as well.

FYI all protein powder originate from the same 3 sources in the U.S. Just like all milk comes from the same local dairy farms regardless of brand. The brands do the mixing and packaging e.g. flavors, additives, etc. Brands are irrelevant. So compare the types of whey, not the brands. The difference is how they mix/blend them once it reaches the sellers. Although some brands do a better job of mixing than others. Some may have a unique formula or flavor that you like

One thing that bothers me some about this legend, is just that I’ve seen all types of videos and podcasts with body builders and strongmen champs discussing other legendary guys. I’ve never really ever seen many discussing the legend and records of Mark Henry. You can find all the wrestlers talking about how incredible this guy was. Sadly it’s hard to find the current bodybuilder guys giving Mark Henry his well deserved recognition. I mean there’s a few mentions of him I’ve come across, but nowhere near what is deserved. Mark is an absolute legend. Loved being able to watch his whole career!
